I was about to download it when I realized that the 2nd panel had someone drinking alcoholic beverages when they were younger than the legal drinking age in my country! I immediately contacted the authorities and my friend was arrested.

There's something about Howard Hazzard's animation that's makes him seem so mysterious but also like I've seen him somewhere before. He's also extremely fluid and it is just really well done.

this feels like the alternative universe where DOOM and mortal combat were banned in 1994 and it set the world down a slope where any depictions of violence are incredibly scrutinized

The weirdly scary thing about this is that, conceptually, it's not all that far-fetched to imagine a law similar to this being passed here in the UK, or maybe over in the US. Sure, not with equal prison time to that of the crime depicted, but getting charged as a criminal for broadcasting images of criminal activity is something I can genuinely see our government passing. Hot take, but I fucking hate dystopias

The way Howard moves reminds me of old Veggietales or early 2000s 3D animation. As this is a familiar and comforting medium, it made learning about the dangers of illegal images much more engaging and fun!
