Thank you so much Prabhu for explaining the characteristics of a pure devotee and relating them to Arjuna. Hare Krishna. It is not that Arjuna was weaker in any sense except his care for the entire humanity. The non devotees of Lord can never understand Arjuna's feelings for all humanity and Dharma. Undoubtedly not all people can understand the Nara Narayana mindset on the battle field. Hence it is important for every one to read Bhagavadgita with full devotion which reveals the actual truth. 🙏🙏🙏

Thank you so much Prabhu Ji, Chapter 1 has so much learning for us. The Chapter made me understand, that I still have to do so much in service to Lord and by remaining kind, humble, away from wrong thinking, being elder guide the younger generation, help them adopt our own super divine religious culture. There are so much in this chapter.. I feel I should multiple times repeat listening to these chapters by you. I am very grateful to you guiding all of us so passionately and the examples taken helped me to understand more clearly and better. But still so much to learn.

Hare Krishna, Dandavat Pranaam !

Non-devotees often mistake kindness and soft-heartedness for weakness but this was not the case with Arjuna. He was a true warrior, but he displayed the qualities of a true vaishnava, compassion. only devotees can exhibit these qualities in the face of all adversities

As per Mahabharata Arjun is a great warrior and had undertook many battle with opponents who were not his relatives or gurus without going through such turmoil in his mind. By looking at Bhishma, Drona his guru, and many of his friends he felt he is not doing right by going to war. What I would like to know is, if he had to fight only with Kauravas without Bhishma, Drona and other known kings in the team … would he still feel the same ?

Hare Krishna
Arjuna's final decision - broke Gandiva vow and decided not to fight, who won over even Shiva once. To understand Bhagavad Gita one should be soft hearted and kind.

Arjuna is the greatest devotee of Krishna and that's how kind hearted, and soft hearted he was, that he found it tough to go ahead with the battle🙏

Arjuna final decision of not fighting. Arjuna gave up his bow and arrows. His mind disturbed and distressed with lamentation. Such a kind and soft heart person is eligible to get the knowledge of Bhagavad-Gita 🙏

In this verse, Arjuna is giving his final decision

After speaking like this on the battlefield, Arjuna gave up/ put aside his bow and arrow !!!

So like, this is a really big deal for him. since he had taken Gaandiv oath, that anyone who asks him to give up on his bow, arjuna will kill him. And now, he himself is doing this.
