How to fix WINWORD Application Error: The Application was unable to start correctly(0xc0000142)

In my daily work with my friend computer once i faced problem to open Word. While i was trying to open MS Word it was not opening and showing error like :
WINWORD Application Error: The Application was unable to start correctly(0xc0000142) .Click OK to close the application.

Then i tried several ways to solve it. I have described one way here which ultimately solved my problem. I am not saying that this is only way to solve it. But if you somehow face same problem any time, you may follow this.. it might be solved.

This procedure might be to re-register the DLLs.
Open Command prompt and run following two commands one after another.
1. Type this....

and hit Enter. There are quite a bit of DLL files so this may take a while.

2. After that, type this one....

and hit Enter.

After running second command, it might need to restart the computer to get the result.
