Good stock management can help business owners know when its time to reorder materials and minimise cost at the same time.

As someone passionate about investments, I often contemplate the strategies and paths that enable top-tier investors to amass wealth in the millions. While I possess a substantial initial capital, I am uncertain about the specific tactics or avenues that would facilitate achieving gains exceeding $400k, similar to those achieved by several others this season.

Best pick a growth ETF- the vast majority of fund managers can’t beat the SP500 index funds

My spouse and I are adding a variety of stocks/ETF to my present holdings for the long term, We've set aside $250k to start following inflation-indexed bonds and stocks of companies with solid cash flows, I believe it is a good time to capitalize on the market for long-term gains, but it wouldn't hurt to know means of actualizing short term profit.

Successful investing/trading is hard work because it means disciplining your mind to do the opposite of human nature. Buying during a panic, selling during euphoria, and holding on when you are bored and just craving a little action. Investing is 5% intellect and 95% temperament.

I like investing in close-end funds that pay monthly dividends. The trick is to hold long term and reinvest the monthly dividends plus buy more shares on a monthly basis or whenever you can afford to. This can be easily done because close-end funds are bought and sold on the stock market just like regular stock. That’d be enough to create a portfolio that would pay you between $50k to $70k in dividend income

The S&P 500 moved 8.9% higher last Month, achieving one of its best monthly performances in history.. which is an indicator for profits to continue to improve. I just want my money to keep outgrowing the inflation rate. I'm still looking for companies to make additions to my $500K portfolio, to boost performance. Here for ideas...

Recently bought some recommended stocks and now they are just penny stocks. There seems to be more negative portfolios in the last 3rd half of 2023 with markets tumbling, soaring inflation, and banks going out of business. My concern is how can the rapid interest-rate hike be of favor to a value investor, or is it better avoiding stocks for a while?

I’m so glad I didn’t really make any big mistakes when I started my investment journey last year. So far I’ve just been sticking small amounts of money into companies I’m sure will continue to exist for the next five years and if the stocks do well, I hold on. If not, I reinvest the bad ones into the good ones so I can get higher gains. I gained about $9.5k from putting in $4k into NVIDIA earlier this year so that was pretty nice.

I’ve been DCA’ing into a diversified mix of low cost Index Funds/ETFs for months, buying heavier when low and lighter when higher. I haven’t checked in a bit but I’m already up like $100K because of this. My CFP and I are aiming for a sustainable cash flow portfolio generating at least 9% yield to partially fund my retirement!

Rather than attempting to predict future recessions and risking financial losses, a more effective strategy is to build a well-diversified portfolio that can withstand various market conditions. This approach has allowed some individuals to consistently generate substantial returns, ....

Major indexes booked their worst yearly performance since 2008 thanks to drivers like the recession, war, hiked interest rate and inflation. I’ve been sitting on over $745K equity from a home sale and I’m not sure where to go from here, is it a good time to buy or do I wait?

My expectation is for 2024 that markets starts to broaden out more, ” what if the interest rates go up? i have a ton of questions....can I safely invest my $800k? I was advised to diversify my portfolio among several assets such as stocks and bonds since this can protect my portfolio for retirement, but don't know where to start.

I've heard that index funds and ETFs provide diversified stock market exposure while spreading risk. I have over $800K in savings; What's the most effective strategy to allocate funds in my portfolio and generate profits?

i’ve got a couple of good ETFs in my portfolio and I still got other share holdings doing incredible numbers with portfolio over 7 figures. I’m also well positioned with good blue chip companies and I have stop losses in place, Personally with insights from my advisor Emily Lois Parker I prefer to invest in large cap companies which have economic moats, large cash flows and strong balance sheets. Some of which are AAPL, MSCI, IUKD, VHYL, SCHD, NVDA and Barclays…

I love how you take your time to educate your viewers, presenting them with opportunities to buy. I recently sold my rental property in the Bel Air area hoping to put about $430k of my proceeds into the market. I will appreciate a video on profitable investment opportunities asides buying gold.

As always, a great analysis. Newcomers often wonder if it's too late to navigate the financial market, but the market is always unpredictable. Trading has more advantages than simply holding, so it's important to learn before diving in. Active trades are necessary to ride the market's waves. Thanks to Flora Elkin’s insights, daily trade signals, and my dedication to learning, I've been increasing my daily earnings. Kudos to the journey ahead!

My $800k portfolio has to be diversified and invested in carefully so that it may grow significantly along side the bull market. Which sectors might lead the uptrend this year?
