*** AT 38 SECONDS I SHOW MYSELF NEEDLING, THERE IS SOME BLOOD. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SEE THAT SKIP TO 54 SECONDS!
In todays video I am answering some of the most frequently asked questions regarding microneedling and dermarolling. If you are unable to make it to a professional to get this treatment and you are excited to try it be SAFE! Most important thing is safety:)
In the demo I am not trying to necessarily show you technique as much as I wanted you to see my skin reaction (some blood, pink skin and pin points). This is all normal when needling for collagen. When needling for product penetration (short needles) you will only see pink, and that is great. That pink should subside by the morning if you needle at night. If it doesn't, you might want to reassess your technique (too many passes etc).
I am going to list several things that are helpful to both microneedling and dermarolling, feel free to check them out.
Numbing Cream 5% Lidocaine (if you are doing .5mm numbing makes it MUCH more tolerable!!)
Alcohol wipes
Disposable Headbands:
Hyaluronic Acid Serum great for needling:
Dermaroller .5mm
Dermaroller .3mm
