A very Vulnerable moment for Regina. One of my absolute favorite moment of hers. I love that she realizes what she's done and that she's willing to sacrifice herself for Henry and everyone else in the Storybrooke. This scene makes me cry everytime I watch it

“I have done terrible things, causing everyone to see me only for those things. I was born a Princess. I grew evil. Let me die as a Queen.”

The pain on her face when she says “including my son.” Here at the end (or so she thinks) and her only concern is that Henry knows she loves him. And the same is still true in 7x22. 💔

I love how this is the first time Regina ever did something good with her magic

I love Regina, I think she is an awesome character. But I think this scene would have been much more powerful if she had been allowed to make her noble sacrifice. Doesn't mean the actress couldn't continue on, its Once Upon a Time, they could have found a way to bring her back or give her a new role. But Given the emotion of this scene, she should have been allowed to make her redemption here.
