Well done Bea and Paul, smashing recommendations. We visited Tasca El Botijo last night. Those tapas were delicious, and I love the area, has a real energy to it. We were lucky to grab a table at Los Gomez on our first night and those starters are something else, wow! Pleased to have tried their Valencian Paella with rabbit and snails which was super tasty.
We would also recommend Tasca Angel, a tiny tapas bar near Plaza Mercado.
Owning a catering business in the Uk it's nice to see every restaurant and cafe offering such good quality ingredients at affordable prices. No wonder they're all busy! It's a stark contrast to what we're experiencing at home.

I love your choices of restaurants and foods! I’m considering moving to Peniscola, but trying to get an idea of what is offered, generally. I like that you showed some Asian food options, since my SIL and granddaughter are Chinese and we would love to have that type of food available when we are there.
