How to see triangle count in Blender

Tutorial video shows how to see triangle count in Blender. In Blender, there are 2 ways to show triangle count and polygon count. One is showing in bottom bar, another way is showing in viewport overlays. Other than showing triangle count, we can also see the face count, number of vertices in Statistics.
