Thx for the info, i need to round over some hardwood beech on a project iv started, Never used my router even though iv had it for years, so i was glad your video mentioned multiple passes on hardwood, as my main worries was burning the wood, il start the job tomoz . Thx again for the info.

Thank you for this video. I'm completely new to using a router. Can you tell me is there a which would round - off both edges of a board simultaneously? Also, being unemployed and short of money, is it possible for a beginner to make a router table using Kreg table accessories? Thanks for taking the time to make and demonstrate your videos. thanks for the videos.  We will be buying a black walnut counter top for our island and in order to get the DIY price, we are putting the top coat on ourselves and going to do the edge ourselves. We have a router my husband used for other jobs, but never for a counter top edge.  So this will be new to us :) Haven't come up with an edge we want to do yet, might just match what our Quartz edge will be on the other counters

I almost never use a router table for edge profiling because I like to climb cut.. climb cut is potentially dangerous if you don't have lots of experience but it is much faster and smoother than multi pass against rotation.. router table are also awkward and inaccurate on large or heavy panel.. hand held give you much better control..
