I am surprised that they didn’t come two step further: after killing the troll camera makes a swift close-up on her face and she says: “need a hand?” or “is that the best Morgoth has to offer?” or “bullseye, 2 easy” or “cheers luv, the cavalry’s here”.

Gandalf, Aragorn, Borormir, Gimli, Legolas and 4 hobbits get smacked up and nearly killed in a 6 minute fight with a Troll. Galadriel solo's a troll in 15 seconds without it posing a threat to her for a moment. Whoever wrote this needs their ears boxed.

Fight aside, anyone else notice the troll's body literally just disappears the moment after it's killed? How in tf do you mess that up?

Legolas made the lotr. He looked graceful, skilled, stealthy and smooth. She looked like crouching tiger hidden diversity hire. The wire work was terrible and her handling the sword looked like me trying to knit, unnatural and clumsy.

This scene reminds me of the final boss battle scene in The Rise of Skywalker with Palpatine. It has the strobe lights and the main character easily defeating the boss. lol

6 strikes and she killed the troll, total crap. This scene epitomizes the level of stupidity of the writing of the entire series and shows how little the writers knew of Galadriel.

I have read the main books(Hobbit, Lotr, Silmarillion and even the Appendices), watched both trilogies so many times over the past decade that I can’t count with my fingers anymore.

I’ve spend countless hours on Lotr online, the two Lego games, War in the North, Lotr Conquest, and most of all both Shadow of Mordor and (especially) Shadow of War, including all the dlc that came with them. I have slain many ologs, trolls, and graugs as Talion, Nazgûl Talion, Bright Lord Celebrimbor, Eltariel, Baranor, the Black Hand, Lithariel, Barathor(my Lotr online character), the war in the north trio, and many many more.

So I can say with full confidence that a creature like this snow troll does *NOT* go down that easily. More the *OTHER Way around* if anything.

There are some fights in movies that focus on giving the characters all forced badassery while throwing away all logic because who needs that when you have kewl fights? Steven Seagal's characters or the Fast and Furious cast.

Somehow this Galadriel manages to be way more cringy and ridiculous than them.
