I read labels. If it says made with Bioengineered food products, I put it back

Target up&up paper towels! BJ’s and Costco and sams brand paper towels are good!

Dollar general brand paper towels are great

The lemon Oreos are so good. Sometimes it's just better to spend the extra dollar or 2 on name brand foods & products. I have tried to be cheap in alot of areas. But some I have to stick to major brands, not the generic version. It just didn't work or was not the same. It comes down to picking your battles. Just like dealing with family, friends or strangers.

BJ’s store brand paper products are excellent. If you have a membership try them. We used Charmin and Bounty before and switched to the Berkeley-Jensen ones that compare to those brands and we have zero issues with them. Most of the house didn’t even realize we switched.

Have to say I agree with everything here. Paper products-I tried Sam’s brand of paper towels, TP and paper plates-there’s no going back. I don’t even Want to buy Dixie plates anymore for example. The Costco brand TP was so unimpressive that I haven’t even tried their plates or paper towels. Still love Costco though

Kirkland from Costco TP and paper towels are great and Kroger knock off of Honey Cheerios are pretty close.

Aldi's Benton Oreos are so good too and literally half the price.

Aldis has good generic condiments and paper products. I agree with this to a point.

I don’t do name brand toilet paper. Kroger is just as good, you just need to make sure it’s 2 ply because they also have 1 ply.

Sam's Club toilet paper is amazing! But my husband agrees about the Cheerios.

Yes! Cheerios and condiments. My husband did a blind taste test with peanut butter and picked out jif (his preferred) right away

Real Honey Nut Cheerios are gluten free, which is important for my daughters' health. The gluten free pie crust uses Honey Nut Cheerios. Most generic versions are NOT gluten free.

Funny thing: I have to use food delivery (can’t drive due to medical issues but I’m 30’s SAHM). So I have to succumb to the fees. I search all the different stores to see sales Starbucks iced coffee in a jug $9!!! At Kroger and 2 for $10 at fresh market……. Some of this inflation is happening at more of the bigger chains I’ve noticed. My bill hasn’t changed as much using Whole Foods and fresh thyme and fresh market fyi!
