Fun fact: statically, accuracy and difficulty beyond the third stack gives significant diminishing returns. This both encourages people to not min/max and stack the highest possible accuracy, but also opens up builds that willingly take difficulty in exchange for high action economy.

I often remember things that haven't happened yet, and the first time I thought of Lancer was in 2013, I got several books worth of lore built up as well as an entire faction or I guess in this case manufacturer
