K, I think this is a repost but on the other account that posted this there was a comment from another pilot that said he met Axis and apparently that’s her callsign because one of her parents is Japanese and the other is German. Very epic

Keep in mind that the call sign that pilots are given normally either reference something stupid they did while in training or because of a certain thing about them.

I think they are referring to a siren : seductive or tempting, especially dangerous or harmfully luring men to there deaths.
