How you made this lesson come to life! Your experience with your daughter, Nouk, helped me see a guilt issue that I had with my daughter and I say HAD because immediately upon hearing you, the Light dawned on me what I was doing to her and to myself and I accepted the atonement for myself. Hallelujah. I love you sisters! ♥️♥️

Such a profound lesson. Thank you both and thank you Nouk for sharing your experience. My daughter is starting her own business at the moment and experiencing a lot of stress and you have taught me so much this morning as to how I can best help her. Blessings to you both.

Thank you Nouk and Coreen! As I was thinking about today's statement, I was thinking: there is no small, separated I, no you, no other. There is only Creation expressing its qualities through various shapes and forms. When I mistakenly hold something against someone, or withhold something from someone, a filter is thrown up through which I receive creation’s expression. The distorted image reflects the essence of what I am now holding inside, and therefore the image seems to justify the stance taken.
Today’s lesson unravels that story. When I forgive and set someone free, I let go of the filter. And with that I set myself free. Now my reception of creation is restored to perfection.

What a beautiful lesson, beautifully presented. Thank you Nouk. I cried when you spoke about the guilt you felt in that moment for your daughter. Tears of healing for us all as we deeply accept "To Give is to Receive, in Truth".

Dearest Nouk, thank you for sharing that story about your daughter. I am wondering if you could help me understand - with a bit more clarity - what you meant when you said you had to accept the atonement - like you never had before - in that moment. I am trying to apply that to an issue with myself - forgiving myself and dealing with healing an addiction. I know it is a problem in my mind and I feel so close to 'getting' it but then I lapse and am wondering if somehow accepting the atonement more deeply is the answer. I'm not sure I know how to do that and it feels like you had that experience when you were scared of losing your daughter. I feel so judgmental toward myself - unforgiving and so disappointed and I can't seem to get past that, yet I know the answers are within me (through my study of the Course). Just wondering if you could elaborate your wisdom in this area just a bit for me. Thank you so much.
