The verb 繰る (kuru) has several different translations, with one of the most common being “to spin.” I’m not surprised you didn’t find immediate relevant translations since the verb 来る (also kuru) is far more common and translates into “to come” or “to go.” In Herta’s voice lines, she just alters kuru into a commonly used abbreviated adverb form, くるくる (kuru kuru). It's kinda complex, but "kurukuru" and "kururin" in Japanese is the "sound" of spinning, it's meant to invoke cuteness like little kids pretending to be cars would shout "vroom". There's also the matter of the tone, the English one has a "playful apathetic" and "hardworking cutie" type, while Japanese version blends both of these tones into one line for both of the lines

One thing Kuru can mean is to spin in Japanese and repeating a word or sound usually just signifies that it's onomatopoeia. For example, Kyun Kyun is the sound of a heart throb. Kuru Kuru is one, so Herta is literally just making a sound effect for her spinning.
