Id appreciate if you could correct this sentence grammatically and semantically.it depends on the hobby.if the hobby is doing sport and outdoor activities it has alot of benefits because doing sport is beneficial for both our mental and physical health. but if the hobby is surfing on the internet and playing video games it will bring many disadvantages such as addiction, headache, aggression, weak eyesight
