I’m a grad student at one of these “elite” universities that had a major Palestinian encampment (had to walk through the encampment everyday to get to my office). It was a mix of virtue-signaling know-nothing undergrads, homeless people, Antifa, and Hamas sympathizers. It was the wildest mix of lowlifes I have ever seen. They trashed our campus; spray painting stuff all over buildings (including “kill your local colonizer” on several buildings). They broke windows and doors. Antifa arrived with riot gear and started beating counterprotestors up. It was anything but “cool.”
