I have a smaller building with a dirt floor. The building is sitting on concrete blocks to keep the metal off the ground. I didn't pour a slab because I wanted the option of moving it. The biggest issue I have is that it rains inside the building. Condensation forms over night and it drips once the sun comes out.

that slab would probably cost around $12-15k but the building should sit on it unlike a pole barn which I own
