7:30 No, the driver is an idiot. Anyone who gets on the freeway and immediately changes lanes continuously until they get into the left lane is an idiot. There is no situation where this is safe or legal. Even in those odd times when no one is on the freeway, change lanes one at a time. These are the same people that camp in the left lane when not passing.

7:45 I had the same type of accident a couple of years ago (car swerving from another lane hit me) in that exact same spot on I-285 in Doraville. And in a car I had only had for 3 weeks. The woman lied and the cop couldn't tell who was at fault until I showed him my dashcam video.
