The Awesomeness of Moderist Bread

The MG Kids discovered Modernist Bread at a local library! The five-volume set is a collection of research, gorgeous photography, and hundreds of ideas for not just cooking, but experimenting with bread. The MG Kids were so impressed and this is their video asking for a chance to meet the amazing author of this series!

This project was begun as a Grow a Generation Research Fellowship Program at Baden Academy Charter School. Baden Academy is a public charter school in Western PA works to inspire personal excellence. They cultivate the inherent gifts and talents present in all children by providing a curriculum which integrates the arts and sciences in a highly interactive, hands-on environment.
