Interview the employer before sending a potential employee to settle expectations and job description, toxic environment, coaching, PEOPLE FIRST, training first, WE FIGHT TOGETHER, be patient with the employees, help them/ SHOW them how to improved, "we are willing to sacrifice profit in order to make an employee happy", is it April full?
