Nice video - so I have cervicogenic headaches daily. Is the main way to fix this by stretching the scms and strengthening the deep neck flexors? Any time I do chin tucks my neck tension gets worse / migraines . Is the reason because my neck muscles are so tight to begin with they need to be stretched first?
