To perform chin tucks sitting:

1. Sitting in a chair, make sure your back is straight and you are sitting upright. Place your finger on your chin.
2. Move your chin away from your finger by moving your chin backwards and not tucking it in towards your chest. Hold the stretch.

I watch all your videos all the time dr. Jo! I have a spot right under my right should blade that this exercise targets. Are there other escericses I can do for this spot?

Are you supposed to just pull your head back or are you supposed to pull your head back by engaging the neck muscles??

This is the exact opposite of how I was taught to do chin tucks. Why is there so much confusion? Instead of pushing the head backwards, as you've shown, I was taught to lower the chin by rotating the head downward so that the chin touches the chest.
