Hundreds of protesters have rallied in Tokyo, demanding the government cancel former prime minister Shinzo Abe's state funeral. The service is set to take place on Sep 27. The demonstrators have accused the slain leader of holding militarist views. They also insist that state funerals should only be held for the Emperor.

The main reason for opposition to state funerals is the closeness between the cult and Abe, which has produced many victims; there have been nearly 1, 000 cases involving more than $1 million in damages.

Many young people in Japan support ABE's state funerals. Many of those who oppose it are immigrants from the Korean Peninsula and the elderly. Chinese operatives are also believed to be involved.

It was Japanese communists, extremists, Koreans, and foreign students who participated in the demonstration against PM Abe's state funeral. They do not represent ordinary Japanese people. On the day of the ceremony, more than 100, 000 people lined up for hours to offer flowers to former PM Abe, more than 520, 000 people sent digital offerings of flowers and messages of gratitude and condolence to him, and the silent majority quietly mourned his tragic death. PM Abe was loved and respected by the people, especially the youth.

Recent polls show that opposition to state funerals has increased nearly twice as much as in favor.

Unification Church, a "new religion" cult founded in South Korea, 1954.
Kishida, Japan PM now, refuses to clear up the ties with "the church" in his party "LDP" and in the gov.
Japan PM. South Korea cult. WOW.

State funeral?
No Japanese agrees except the cult followers.
Kishida: yes
