The Biden Administration's new Parole in Place immigration program begins accepting applications on Monday, August 19, 2024. Immigrants who are approved for parole will be able to apply for a green card.

I am going to file for my husband (here since 2097) and I understand there is a letter I need to write supporting why he deserves this parole etc. He has worked in this country (undocumented) since his entry. My question is: in my letter, (and application) do I show that he has been working (undocumented). We have taxes together, bank statements, etc. I am worried that because it clearly shows he is / has been working for companies without the correct ssn (we file with the itin number) he will be unable to receive this pip and be flagged
