Douglas I have an IMPORTANT perspective I think is crucial to bring to the table:
Mental health as well as toxic beliefs can and do spread like contamination, so what will happen when a mentally ill person shares on social media that they have decided to "end their life to not burden the society with the cost of their existence"? Lets say they're not functional enough to work and receive money from welfare. And then it develops into a scenario where "healthy" and greedy individuals start to use this argument to guilt trip sick people into ending their lives "as a good deed for society".. These kinds of seeds doesn't need much water in the mind of a depressed person.. Slippery slopes in deed..
