Cut off all contact. You're dealing with grown-up that knows better to be honest they simply do not care however we have boundaries and we do care so care enough to completely cut off all contact regardless of hoovers stalking and smear campaigns doesn't matter stand on your boundaries and remove unchangeable people from your life unapologetically 😊

I was friends with an old college pal who routinely violated my boundaries. He would apologize, then do it again 2 minutes later. He treated the whole thing like a funny joke and seemed to get off on making me uncomfortable.

I have flat out told my ex exactly what my boundaries are. They would agree, continue to do the bad behavior anyway & lie to me, even go as far as to reassure me that they weren’t doing anything wrong.

That's a good point im being abused by a person over and over again. Ive anorexia and they keep asking how the food was, commenting how.much fat was in it. I have orthorexia also and health problems seizures and crashing blood pressure. Now the size of a 5 year old. That lady has now put in a ban having my fan in my car which will increase the risk of blacking out. I've countered this by not travelling anymore. But they have they power to ban travelling too. Maybe my family can visit me.

Low contact does not work because they still hurt you when there is contact with them.
