don't care about accelleration, have a bike for fun, want a car for commute. so range, comfort, reliability is what makes a car top (for me)

I own a Model 3 LR and it is indeed the perfect daily car!

Can you give metric equivalents to any imperial values? Thanks.

Why is the X too expensive but not the E-tron or I-pace? The X cost about the same as a similarly spec'ed S, I-Pace or E-tron but has vastly more utility.

I agree with this video 100%. I have owned my tesla model 3 performance for about 3 month and so far, it is the best, most fun, safest car (NHIS) I have ever owned. I have owned lexus gs350, bmw 550i, benz e350 previously. Those were all very good cars. Model 3, yes a bit pricey, but no more then other compact or midsize luxury sedans. Ofcourse it costs more then camries or corollas, but tesla model 3 is not camries or corollas. Plus very low maintenance costs compared to ICE cars, plus savings from gas. I am SO glad with my decision to go with model 3. The performance of model 3 is just unbelievable. Go test drive one, and you will see why they chose it for #1. Now let me go drive my model 3 performance just to remind myself how good this car really is. No Gaaaassss!!!

Isn’t it a little early to have a “best of 2020” list?

Could you please put metric in parentheses? 🙏☺️

There are many rational reasons to buy a Model 3 and I heard them all. But then you drive one the first time. When the tears of joy start flowing horizontally towards your ears the only thought left is: where have you been all my life?

I paid under $6000 for my 2013 Smart electric. It’s my daily driver and it’s awesome. No one will ask you to help them move :)

That ranking ist strange to me:
My Ranking would be:
1. Tesla Model 3 ( efficient and strong)
2. HYUNDAI Ioniq electric ( most efficient EV)
3. Kia E Niro ( prctical, long range, efficient )
4. Tesla Model S ( luxury and efficiency)
5. HYUNDAI Kona electric ( prctical, efficient, compact )
6. PEUGEOT e 208 ( stylish )
7. VAUXHALL CORSA e ( goodcar )
8. VW e Up, Seat Mi, Skoda Citigo
9. Renault Zoe
10. MG
Cars to Avoid:
AUDI Etron
MERCEDES EQC
JAGUAR I pace
They are all inefficient and senseless.
EVs should be efficient!

The Tesla charging network makes the model 3 the winner all, day long

e-208 is the one to go for! Looks cool, has a great interior, has more than enough range, room for 4 adults, fun to drive, lots of standard equipment, lots of safety features and is capable for accelerated charging😎

We went and test drove the Jaguar IPace and Audi eTron this weekend, and they were surprisingly similar & impressive. The Audi was a bit bigger, and had a bit more premium luxury SUV type feel, but the Jag had a bit more range, & felt faster/more agile. Both were gorgeous on the inside and out. I personally am a bit biased because I love Audi, but I'd be very happy with either. The interior features were my favorite, including similar climate control screens, ride settings, ambient lighting, premium materials, and several other details. The Audi had just a bit more detail and special touches that I appreciated. Oh, and we are going to lease instead of buy since the technology for EV cars especially will grow leaps and bounds over the next couple years. It's a crazy world we are living in these days!

Can any tempt me to go full electric? Yeah, like 6 years ago

Well I love my Zoe but it's a 22kwh 2016 i, so my battery not leased and I am not sure I'll have another Zoe ... so much more choice now!
PS on seeing this- I swapped my Zoe for a Kia Soul EV! Very happy.

The Seat Mii electric is actually the best value for money of the three from VW group

The Jaguar I-Pace gets slammed in every review for totally not getting anywhere near it's claimed range. I've seen four reviews and they all call bullshit on its real-world range.

We have for the last few years have the mpg number for all ICE cars, yet we have most EV reviews without providing efficiency as miles/kW or W/mile. Please please try to keep up.

with the price tag, real life driving mileage, years fo warrantee, and reliability, how the hell cona electric is only ranked on 10th? at least categorise each area with points or divide to "affordable" and "luxury" electric cars??

Sub £20k 250 mile range car due soon? Not a small car, a simple to use basic practical EV workhorse something like astra/focus/Mégane estate, but not a van, not an SUV.
I feel the term affordable is being somewhat misused.
