The scribblers are from the constructions of the parts there is an inspection at the end of every prodution and that tells if it had been checked or not. I'm building those boards xD

Congrats on 3M! I have a question though, doesn’t ‘cooking’ the phone usually affect the battery of a device? I know we’re trying to weaken the adhesive but usually, most devices give a warning when the phone is getting too hot and on most batteries it’s advised against

I've seen some people blame sandwich board as something that they intentionally do to make their phone less repairable and more prone to damage, I disagree with that, it clearly has advantage over regular single layer board (idk if that's the right term, but you get the point), change my mind.

I am an production engineer and i can tell you that our Visual inspection uses markers so that if something gets fucked and we get a claim from a customer we know how to backtrack it and figure out shit
