I'm old, bald, have kids and a mortgage, a long commute to a job i don't like or understand. But I grew up in the 90s, having the pleasure to listen to stuff like this. So when I fall from my perch I'm going to look back and think, fuck me, life was great.

God, remember a job had in N Wales summer 95, their infamous nightclub always played this towards the end, maybe cheesy but I loved it and still do. I feel lucky to of experienced life back then at the perfect age. I was 24.

I'm 60 in September this year. There have been some awesome "proper" dance tunes in my lifetime, but this goes down as (in my opinion) the absolute best! Especially this extended version.

This tune can never get old, that's a fact

Goosebumps when I listen to this. What a tune, so grateful to have appreciated this the first time round.

So grateful i grew up in this era. A time where we went out took pills got wrecked and all loved each other, became mates with people you met in clubs when high on MDMA but stayed friends and even met up at same clubs again. No Instagram or selfies, no fighting or stabbing or killing each other just pure enjoyment and interaction with each other. I got to go to Cream on a regular basis and so many other superclubs and have so many wicked nights out. I'm 40 now but no matter what i am eternally grateful for the era i grew up in and got to experience music and nights out like i did. NOTHING compares to it now and never will :)

Britain at its best. Happy to have been in the thick of the 1990s.

Massive cheese and wouldn't dare drop this in my set back in the day (I was meant to be an underground DJ). But I secretly loved it. What a vocal!!! Perfectly encapsulates the peace and love era. We almost reached social perfection...

44 and still gives me goose bumps, reminds me of the days where I’d be double dropping 😃

My daughter hates it when we go to any weddings etc. I always ask for this and go mental on the dance floor.

Postwar British youth culture was the greatest explosion of exuberance and creativity in human history and we were all lucky to be part of it. From the Beatles to Punk, from Disco to Rave, all these movements utterly transformed and electrified the lives of those who were involved in them. Of all the great 20th century underground youth movements, rave was the last, and also the greatest.

The love, the positivity, the adventure, the tunes, the pills, the optimism was a high point in Western culture and I can see in the comments section that many of you want to recapture the feelings this song first created within you. Well you can.

Dig deep inside yourself and reject this dull soulless lifeless Globalist nightmare that we’re now trapped in. Reject the corrupt corporations who hate your culture, the lying politicians who want to take away your rights and freedoms, the media’s fear porn propaganda, Big Pharma’s poison they want to force in your body. Reject the Globalists technological microchipped vaccinated nightmare that its crushing humanity.

If you ever want to feel the way you did during Rave ever again, then reject the Globalist control of your life. We didn’t need them to create Rave, and we don’t need them now.

This song is about the sheer joy and euphoria of intimacy, human connection, self-expression, being alive and being free.

Let this song liberate you again now, like it first did in 1992.

I remember taping this as a 13 year old boy from radio and listening to it on my walkman in bed, with the rain on the window, not really understanding but mostly feeling this song, and trying to imagine what it would be like to be an adult.
So fucking nostalgic now... after so many years and so many things, I still feel this song and now makes me feel like a 13 year old boy again. Damn that went fast!
Could I have that imagined adulthood, without all those fucking problems please?

Best way to stop knife crime? Bring back the 90's where all the music kept people happy and just wanted to party.

Was introduced to this song in 1997 by my best friend and college roommate John and his girlfriend one night when we were rolling. It became our anthem on our "party" nights. John recently passed in a motorcycle accident and every time i hear this song it takes me back to the late 90s where we were carefree and could party for days on end in chemical bliss and still manage to make it to class on Monday. Though the years have gone by the memories remain and I relive them whenever I hear this song. Miss you Newman!
