In this video I talk about the uses of Camera Metadata in DaVinci Resolve and where to find it as it's not entirely clear.
I use Blackmagic cameras (the BMPCC6K, BMPCC4K and BMPCC6K Pro) and coupled with Canon native mount lenses I get the metadata recorded automatically. A very handy feature especially when scouting for location and trying out various lenses with different settings. No need to manually record anything, just look at the metadata tab in post and can be ready to coma back to the location without any guess work needed. Much faster workflow 👌.

Thanks for the video. I don't see the focal length in metadata in your video and i cant find it in davinci with my clip either.

mine is showing no info at all in any of the boxes under camera metadata. how would I fix this for future reference? Using a Nikon Z9

Hi, is there a way to copy Metadata from images like gps data or atleast add gps data?
I want to upload some 360 panos to google street view and need to convert them to 360 videos but whenever i export i lose the metadata/gps data
