When The Halo Code Breaks And It Crashes (Halo Glitches)

Sometimes Halo's Code just doesn't seem to wanna work. Sometimes it's just a case of spaghetti code or sometime a funny Halo glitch happens. So we looked at times when Halo's code breaks and it crashes.

The leaderboards break because you can edit skull score multipliers by messing with the files on PC, resulting in a score so high it flips to a negative and can't be displayed correctly.

Y'know when you start up mcc, go into competitive matchmaking, waiting 10 minutes for a session to connect and then your game crashes in the loading screen, then when you come back you've been banned from matchmaking for 4 minutes. Yeah, sometimes I lose faith in 343.

For some reason, when i go to resume a playlist that i haven't played in a while, the game won't even try to load the game (at least that's what it looks like) and it just goes back to the welcome screen before the main main menu. i am worried about this happening on a laso playlist...

When I finished the mission the Maw on halo ce, the carnage report said I had killed 9 brutes

I had a strange bug whenever the previous season came out where my whole Xbox would randomly crash while playing halo 3. Got into a vehicle? Crash. Threw a grenade? Crash. It was weird and it doesn’t happen anymore and no one I know had that problem

That Halo 5 disconnection issue actually happens to me every time I play Halo 5 with my brother, it takes me 1 or 2 tries for us to play together.

One time in Reach Forge, I was in a custom map playing with a friend and pieces slowly started disappearing as if someone had been deleting things one by one until everything was gone... Mind you, there was no third person with us... Creepiest thing I had ever witnessed.

I tried playing coop halo 2 with a friend and it loaded us both into our own single player games even though we just finished the previous level together

This was long ago when Halo 3’s first map pack came out.
Was in Forge on Foundry with a single friend, and we randomly decided it was time to kill each other.
I spawned myself a Spartan Laser and began charging it, he was shooting at me with his AR. Just before I fired I realised I was going to die so I swapped into monitor mode at the last possible second. As I became a monitor I saw my grenades and weapons fly through the air.
Once my shields came back I swapped back to a Spartan and for whatever reason I teleported back to the singular Spawn Point on the map with default weapons, my Splaser was gone.
My friend however picked up the Splaser I had somehow dropped and pointed it at me, he began charging it.
However when he fired at me, he just exploded as if the Spartan Laser had shot him and passed through him.

The only logical explanation we had was that because I hadn’t technically died or dropped the weapon, it still registered as mine, and it registered as hitting the hit box of the Splaser as it fired. (As shooting a weapon still damages people)

The common breaks I know of where back on Halo Reach’s remake of Blood Gulch, for some reason a vehicle would randomly go zipping across the map like a MAC round in atmosphere and kill the player... and that was also in the OG Reach as well

In halo 5, sometimes if you check your carnage report after a game and back out at the precise moment a game lobby has been found, the game will freeze.
