Hi. I’m in my sixties and just revising high school maths readying myself to launch into university mathematics so forgive if this is a silly question. The points on the x axis where the graph makes a sharp turn ie where f( x) continues on into negative values and mod f(x) “kicks back” into the positive, is the graph at these points still smooth and continuous and therefore still able to be differentiated? I thought experimented approaching from both sides and it felt like maybe not. If so I guess that at these points would be f’(x)=0. Thank you for your YouTube channel it really is an magnificent achievement.
