Your talk was encouraging and inspiring.  It was a reminder of how valuable social capital and the role it plays in the development of talented and gifted young women of color.  As a youth advocate, your contribution in founding the Step Up organization has influenced many young ladies in the Los Angeles County.  Thank you.  Diane Mitchell Henry, President of the Mary McLeod Bethune L.A. NCNW Section.
