Not surprised at the Model 3's excellent safety score. Because the vehicle has no engine compartment like a conventional car, Tesla was able to design a body structure with very high levels of passenger safety in mind.

What an amazing quote... There's nothing "best" about it when you're involved in any crash in any cars. Lol.

Great analysis. I read someone mentioning who has worked in collision department for 30 years and seen it all said that Mercedes Benz is the only one that's safe at 65 mph. You'll be crushed like a tomato when you get involved in accident at 65 mph. That's why I avoid freeways unless it's required. Even on freeways I drive 5 mph less than the speed limit. It's just not worth speeding for you and others and also for the car. Just avoid watching one stupid show in a week, to cover up for the time one tries to save on the road. Better to be safe than sorry.

if I look on the NCAP crash test the numbering is slightly diffrent
I will order from best to good:
1: Mercedes B-class
2: Mazda 3
3: Skoda Scala
4: Tesla model 3
5: VW T-Cross
6: Kia Ceed
7: Toyota Corolla
I don't know why carwow put it in a diffrent order.

For people who would be intrested, this was the top 3 for 2018 :
