It’s going to be a massive clean up effort. Many homes were uninsured and now uninhabitable. It’s going to take over a year.

Maybe TFG needs to visit and throw them a few rolls of paper towels, you know like the respect he showed Puerto Rico. If we wouldn't have lost 12 years during climate change denying GQP administrations (W. Bush & TFG), we would be further along with legislation to mitigate the worst effects. I predict we're nearing the tipping point and we'll be looking back at natural events like this as the good old days when mother nature was just getting started with the reckoning we're in for.

Part of the issue is MSM is only showing this type of work. They aren't showing government work which would be local, county, state and federal.

All Americans must band together and help N. Carolina in every way possible.
SHAME on all those who have chosen to get their twisted partisan political messages out at this time. I care not which party/candidate you support, this is not the platform to seek any kind of political mileage. In the name of goodwill and common decency, cut the crap!

Paper towels will fix this. We definitely don't need a full scale innovative infrastructure job securing plan. We definitely don't need to stop funding insurance companies that won't pay claims to their hard working taxpaying policyholders.
