you can believe in private law rather than no law, hoppe has many insights on that topic, which can be found right here on youtube. Also it isnt terribly important what you prefer to call someone, it is more important that you understand the effects of the proposed course of action. Paying attention to what someone claims to be is useless, rather their proposed solutions are the relevant topic.

Minarchism/libertarianism is a self detonating philosphy. If you champion the non aggression principle as your guiding light (which most libertarians do) then you can not be for ANY laws or taxation.
Your either an anarcho capitalist or your inconsistent
