Arisa Trew, a 13-year-old girl from Australia, made history as she completed a full 720 jump during Tony Hawk’s “Vert Alert” competition. "It's been pretty cool to see all the support I've got and I'm still like so happy I landed it in the competition. I knew I could do it," Trew told KCBS. The moment was a full circle one for Tony Hawk, who first completed the trick long before Trew was born. Inside Edition Digital’s Stephanie Officer has the details.

That was awesome! Great job by her! I would've never guessed she was as young as 13. I can't even keep my balance on a skateboard. I use to enjoy playing one of the Tony Hawk skateboarding video games however back when I had a PS1.

Tony Hawk was also the first to land a 900 spin at X games back in 1999. I remember watching live on TV when it happened. He kept missing the landing and finally on the last attempt he nailed it. Crazy

That was so cool! I’m glad they played it in slow motion. If I was her mama though, I’d be scared 😬😳🫣👏🏾🇨🇦

I remember I saved my money went to J.C. Penny's for 120 bucks bought a Hobie skateboard. My friend built a bow in his backyard. Then we heard about a closed skateboard park in Fort Lauderdale we lived close to. There was a lot of people there it was awesome. It took a while till we could get up on the walls they were huge finally I got it. Everyone was gone one day except my 2 friends. I went down the feed in ramp and hit the biggest wall with 4 ft. of vert. I didn't put my front wheels down fast enuff stuck my arms out to save my face and broke my right arm. Compound fracture to both bones it took 2 surgeries to get it all back together rite when it was just getting fun it was over😢

Love how some kids look up to other people during the 90s to early 2010s

Cool. Imagine tho if afterwards the camera panned over to the audience and Ezra Miller was standing front row in a fur coat eating a bowl of cereal. 😐

Its amazing seeing the comments here. in comparison to other videos where kids achieve something there is always someone who will be negative or s%$t on them. but the skate community always have each others back
