In the Rugrats Episode, Angelica Orders out, Angelica was a savage bully who lied to get her way.... despite that this was one of my favorite Rugrat's Episodes!

Out of all the stunts Angelica did in the show (not counting the movie) this is far by the WORST stunt ever. She committed crimes at age 3 (even if she did it unknowingly), such as identity theft and credit card fraud. Had she done this when she was a teen instead, she would've been in huge trouble. 😂

Charlotte was more than justified with her punishment especially considering her and Drew have to payback Stu and Didi for everything Angelica purchased on their account

One of few inventions that would have made Stu a success, and Angelica messed it up. Drew is always putting Stu down for his inventions and the one time he invents something worth while, Drew's daughter "Angelica" messed it up, and caused Stu million's he could've made.

Okay, the fact that Stu invented a device that can imitate voices just cements my theory that he sells weapons and gadgets to countries at war and criminal organizations. The device would be quite useful for espionage and other criminal activities.
