I wasn’t happy in my marriage and so for my sanity and my 3 children’s happiness, I called it a day. It was the best decision ever. I came out my depression, my children blossomed with happiness and started doing really well in school. I was in my 30’s. My children have their own families and it’s wonderful to see how they have grown. I’m now 70 and still don’t regret my decision. You have done what’s best for you and your children and that’s all you can ask for. You are a strong brave woman, you just don’t realise it yet. You now have a new life ahead. 💖💖💖💖

Just started following you.. I'm 73 living in UK, I am suffering with depression and anxiety due to the political climate here... I no longer have a supportive family, they are all grown and living their own lives, I have always been the strong one, I must have been a good actress then.. not now, life has become a chore for me now, but I have changed my diet, changed my whole life style too..I walk my dog and stop and take note of nature again, my health suffered for the last couple of years, but I am slowly getting back on track. Your Videos and the beautiful country that is Russia have brought a new peace to me..I see women of my age holding their heads high, out in public and living their own life, even if that is just dhopping cooking cleaning and crafts.. I wish so much to be able to bring my life back to things that once made me happy.. Watching you will help me so much to calm and claim my mind and health back.. Thank you.

Nastya, one thing you said in your video stood out to me, that you felt almost instantly better when you got home to your family and country. My cousin married a Russian 25 years ago. She's from St. Petersburg. He passed away a few years ago. She's still here in the States, has a job as an ultrasound tech, and still part of our family. We love her. I'm glad she didn't leave after my cousin passed. Thanks for sharing your story.

Being back home with your Mom and family is the best medicine. You are a strong person and everything will work out for you. Things take time. I know I’ve had panic attacks myself and it’s hard to describe how terrifying they are. Take it one step at a time.
