How to find Unknown Values / Time Cheat in any PC Game

Basic Game Hacking Tutorial - How to make Unlimited Ammo:

This tutorial is focused on how to find unknown values and not on how to make time , however in 90% of the games this exact same method works for timer, but in some games (like GRID 2 for example) this method will not work, because timer makes no sense in GRID 2 and similar games, this is why there is no universal way of doing things in all games, that's why you have to learn from basics to pro on how to games, so if one method fails, you can move on to next one .. and even then you end up failing time to time (one example being unlimited gadgets in splinter cell blacklist, no1 in world have managed it yet, but again i haven't really tried :) )

So this time showing you how to find unknown values, this works with anything that has unknown value, like health for example (works in splinter cell blacklist for example).

It's a very nice informative video... but somehow this doesn't apply to all games... Thing is, the timer in Mega Man Legacy Collection 1 & 2 (in Challenges Mode) are different, and this method doesn't work. Perhaps that timer is an advance type? May I request videos for of how to stop those timer? Thanks if it's possible.
