The fastest way is the denominator (36) times the numerator (10) which equals 360, then divide by the only number remaining. 8. 360 divided by 8 is 45.

Another way is:
Make 8 over 36 to it's lowest term which would be 2 over 9 and then 9 times 10 which would be 90 after that, 90 divided by 2 will give you 45. I hope this helped anyone since this helped me LMAO because my teacher was confusing me

You should have reduced the fraction by 4 instead of multiplying the whole thing by 36 =\ would have been quicker

no this is a faster way. you should have just had - (36 X 10) / 8. which equal to 45. :D

Easy and short way is n=multiply closest to n whish is 36 and 10 and then devide to farest to n which is 8.
N= 36x10/8=45
