Thank you for being awesome. This video really helped me understand what is going on in my world right now. I had heard the term concussion a million times prior to getting one. I knew all the signs to look for in other people but I didnt know how hard it is to realize in myself when I'm the one who is confused about what's going on. It's hard to remember I have a concussion and that's why things are hard, it's easy to get frustrated I'm frustrated, or confused about why I'm confused. Today I was able to relate to all the lost confused elderly shoppers at Wal-Mart. Trying to do a simple task like buy the things on the list took forever and I felt so embarrassed the whole time, even though only I knew what was going on, it was scary too. I know my brain isn't working right but I need dish soap and a phone card. Thank you for the details about what to avoid and for giving timelines that are detailed as well.

I don’t know if this is a concussion but when I was in school there where these cabinets that I was next to and a guy swang one open really hard and fast and it hit me on the top left side of my head and my vision got very foggy and my head was beating plus I was also very dissy and couldn’t keep my balance but I acted like nothing happened and just sat in a chair holding my head and later in the day When I touched that spot my hand came back with a concerning amount of blood (I was hit on the flat side of the cabinet door) and there was also a huge bump and the bump stayed there for over 6 months and to this day there is still a little bump and it hurts when I touch it and after it happened I got a lot of migraines

I had a concussion from boxing in September (I'm writing this in February) I'm still getting headaches when I run and do shadow boxing. It's been 5 months and I'm worried these might be permanent. Is this natural?
