The key point about the decision is that the judge opted NOT to stay the subpoena until appeal. That means that even if Trump appeals, Congress will already have the documents in hand. The entire point of taking this to court is that they tried to give the democrats the runaround in the courts with appeal after appeal and then delays. They could have probably played this game for years. The judge decided he wouldn't play games, thankfully.

Not to mention the judge also refused to stay the ruling so Trump's team could have time to file an appeal. This gives Mazars the time to hand over documents before an appeal is filed. Trump is done on this case. Awesome judge - held up the "rule of law."
