I prefer a digital calendar like Google Calendar and use a different color for each category - e.g., work, family, social, admin.
🧑💻 First, put in the non-negotiables, like work and childcare obligations (don’t forget travel time!)
🏋️♀️ Then be realistic and plot in your health non-negotiables like workouts, walks, meal prep etc.
Finally, fill in the gaps!
