You know, we don't usually see people in the US carrying stuff on their heads. But I figured there had to be something about that which works a lot better than doing it all by hand, so I started doing it any time I'm moving substantial quantities of stuff across the shop floor at work. Dude, it works tremendously well. It's also surprisingly easy to learn to balance as well, though I'll usually just keep a hand on to balance it. It's much less strenuous on your back, which is great because I broke a secrion of mine many years ago. A bunch of dudes thought I was kinda nuts for doing it, but then I got several other guys doing it now, too 😆

When I was a teenager, my mum will bring me along for shopping in Makola and we’ll enjoy amazing food after shopping. An amazing experience that has stayed with me even in my four-ties.
