Dude. This build rocks!! I switched at level 72 from another BL build where I had mana issues. Now there's no mana issues, more balls, and the attack speed is better. Gear is far from fully optimized.

i've tried all these "other" ball lightning builds, and this is by far the BEST one. IF you are wondering "how come my build can't seem to generate enough mana or generate enough ball lightning" or wondering "how come i only have like 2 or 3 balls floating around me like a noob" then try this build. As soon as you get enough experience when to blow your CDs to help generate even more mana, you will be going through nightmare dungeon like everyone else!

Everything you said here is 100% true, you only need those (3) aspects on the amulet and rings. And focus more on cooldown and attack speed. Just a little bonus adding 4 Rank Ball of Lightning on pants will improve the build. Thanks for the great build man.

I have tried and liked many ball lightning builds but this is over the top! Awesome build! I took my level 61 into a tier 48 with a friend and was going through mobs like nothing. He was 93 rogue. You were RIGHT - I looked at character sheet before I attacked at it was at 12% attack speed then jumped up to 34% when attacking cause I have a 22% accelerating aspect and removed Ravenous during the test. With Ravenous will hit 100% CAP - Nice! Even without ravenous my base ball lightning damage jumped from 41k to 62k base. My damage per tick and i get like 30-50 ticks per second is ranging from 100-200k before ultimate and 150-300k per tick - its pretty insane. So much funner having high lucky hit with Frost Orb! Thank you so much for the wonderful ideas.
