Get Arduino chip with less price and more features | megaAVR 0-series | Arduino as UPDI programmer

The new megaAVR 0 series is the RISC AVR microcontroller series from the microchip. The cheap atmega808 microcontroller is a good candidate to start programming with. With the help of megaAVR core on Arduino IDE, we are able to program the atmega808, atmega809, atmega3208, microcontrollers using an Arduino Uno board as a Jtag2UPDI programmer.

To install the MegaAVR 0 series core board on Arduino IDE
Open Arduino IDE and go to the Preference Menu from the File Menu
You may need to Enter the following URL in the Additional Boards Manager URL
Now go to the board manager and search for MegaCoreX and install the board.
