Thank you for this, I’m definitely trying it and also the holy basil. I also have ADHD and from what I’ve read we are more sensitive than the average to hormonal changes. Since I started getting periods the pain is indescribably strong ; but since I started taking Adderall I feel the emotional part of PMDD became worse. I take it most days, generally half doses or nothing on weekends. It does help me emotionally outside my period, my anxiety has a diminished a lot. But around a week before my period I have been feeling absolutely awful, so much depression and hopelessness which I’m not used to anymore since being medicated. I dont want to take additional medication either, so I’ve been just suffering through it. Then like magic when my period comes a switch flips and I’m back to normal. So I will give this a try 🙏🏼

I couldn't have seen this at a more perfect time. I hadn't had death/nihilism anxiety in a while and when I do, it comes usually during a sleep event, more specifically waking from a nap usually. I just had it real bad the other nite. And something told me to check the chart...it happened at the final degree of my 7H transit. I try not to be in fear of my DC but fck, this time around was brutal all around me.

Vitamin C has a role in histamine, that would be a good place to start looking tbh
