Demolition work begins for courtroom expansion

Demolition work for the courts expansion started Monday. The demo work will involve tearing down the old one-story building next to the courthouse that once held the coroner’s office. The 5,500 square foot expansion will be two stories and incoming Circuit Judge Christine Horwart’s courtroom will be in the second floor.
